Where we ship
We ship physical orders to eligible destinations worldwide from United States. Delivery availability for a specific address is confirmed at checkout.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $4.99 USD for orders with a merchandise subtotal below $49.00 USD. Standard shipping is free for orders with a merchandise subtotal of $49.00 USD or more. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Processing and delivery
For made-to-order items, processing includes production. We usually process orders within 3–5 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 8–12 business days. The estimated time from order placement to delivery includes both periods. These are estimates; we will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.
Tracking and delivery issues
Check your shipping confirmation for any available tracking details. If a package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact contact@wowtitva.com with your order number so we can review the issue.
International orders
For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, and customs or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fee unless they are clearly shown as collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying them to the customs authority or carrier before or upon delivery.
